As many of you know, I love cookies. So much so that I wrote a cookbook, that I’ve probably already told you about. But just in case you haven’t heard about it, it is The Essential Gluten-Free Cookie Guide and includes more than 50 recipes for cookies, bars, and brownies. And all of the recipes are gluten-free.

I’ve been so excited to share some more of the recipes from my cookbook with you, and I got some help from a few friends to do it. I sent some of my fellow bloggers a copy of my cookbook and asked them each to pick their favorite recipe to try, and post on their blog. So now you get to try all of their favorites. Coincidentally they are my favorites too! (I can say that because all of the recipes in the book are my favorite.) So many yummy cookies. And just look at the photos!

I loved reading all of their posts and hearing their thoughts on my cookbook. I worked really hard to develop all of the recipes inside of it, and it was awesome to hear what my friends and peers thought of it.

I really wanted to do a blog tour like this before Christmas, because everyone is baking cookies in December. But I had a newborn. I actually still have a newborn but now she is an almost 3 month old newborn and not an almost 1 month old newborn. There is a big difference in what I can do 3 months postpartum vs. right after. So you get to make cookies for Valentine’s day instead. Which I feel like is just as cookie-worthy of a holiday.

The Essential Gluten-Free Cookie Guide is available on Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com , in both print and E-book forms. With the e-b0ok you can start baking right away! Or if you want a signed copy just email me at flippindelicious(at)gmail(dot)com. I have a few copies on hand that I can sign and ship to you. I think I have 20 copies left… so email me asap if you want a signed copy. 🙂

I also wanted to take this opportunity to send YOU a free signed copy of The Essential Gluten-Free Cookie Guide. Well, 2 of “YOU.” All of these lovely ladies are helping me to give away 2 signed copies of The Essential Gluten-Free Cookie Guide, so be sure to follow them all on Pinterest and maybe you’ll get lucky. Just enter using the widget at the bottom of the post. It won’t get to the winners until well after Valentine’s Day, so if you want to bake cookies right away you might want to not wait for the giveaway to end.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the cookbook! I got it as a Christmas present and it has filled the gap in the one category that I really miss since going gluten free – baked goods. I’ve had great results with everything that I have tried from it so far.

Hey, I ordered the book today because the cookies look amazing, and I’m a cookie LOVER! I have a question though: you’ve used sprinkles in the cake batter cookies. What brand of sprinkles are gluten free? I’ve been scouring the internet and can’t seem to get an answer. I have celiac’s and I’m very sensitive to cross contamination. I can’t wait to get your book…. Even my non gluten-free friends are excited…

I think that some of Wilton’s sprinkles are safe. I seem to recall hearing that.
I just go off of the ingredients because I’m not super sensitive to cross contamination so I’m sorry that I don’t have an awesome source for you.
I’m so happy that you ordered my book, I hope that you love it!

I think Wilton’s statement is that they are free of gluten ingredients but made in a facility that uses other gluten ingredients… so that doesn’t work for me, sadly, however- Indian Tree has gluten free sprinkles! they are free of the 8 major allergens actually, and I was able to order them on Amazon. So now, I’m waiting for the book, and the sprinkles, and these are the first cookies I’m making! 😀

So glad I saw this, I thought I was going to be stuck with store bought desserts for my little sister’s bridal shower (she’s gluten free).
