The first time I had a Ruben was when I worked at Jason’s Deli right after I finished high school. I had never had sauerkraut before, or corned beef. I didn’t really care for the corned beef, but they had a super yummy Turkey Ruben and it was HUGE.
- 3 slices turkey
- ¼ c. sauerkraut, drained
- ¼ – ½ c. shredded swiss cheese
- 2 gluten-free white corn tortillas
- Thousand Island dressing or mustard for dipping
