This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of P.F. Chang’s for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
P.F. Chang’s is one of our family’s favorite places to eat out. My husband and I don’t eat out too frequently but his mom visits once every few months and P.F. Chang’s is always on the list of restaurants we choose from when she is in town. Because I eat gluten-free, where we eat is often determined by me, and P.F. Changs is one of the easiest (read safest) places to dine gluten-free.
If you order something from their gluten-free menu they are extremely careful of cross contamination and even serve you on a different set of plates to prevent any food mix-ups. P.F. Chang’s also has a great gluten-free menu (that includes dessert)!
I’m really excited to try some of the items from P.F. Chang’s Winter Seasonal Menu. It takes a lot of extra care to design a seasonal menu like P.F. Chang’s has and theirs takes full advantage of all the great flavors of this wintery season (which are often overlooked.) Like their seasonal Orange Ginger Beet Salad, which you can order gluten-free. It looks so light and full of bright colors. Honey-Ginger dressing and goat cheese crumbled on the top finish it off. It looks so clean, but packed with flavor.
The other dish I’m most excited to try is the Red Wine and Pepper Braised Beef. It just sounds tender and succulent! With potatoes, broccolini, cabbage, tomatoes, and peppers it is definitely more than your average chinese take-out. (This dish isn’t gluten-free but depending on the kitchen staff you may be able to order a variation gluten-free, they have been able to do that on some dishes for me in the past. They have such a conscientious staff!)
For a limited time, visit pfchangs.com/winter and you can get $10 off of an order of $40.
Let’s ring in the Chinese New Year with some great food and good friends! I hope this year brings love and blessings to your family, and mine this next year.
What dish are you most excited to try?
