You'll need potatoes, carrots, mustard, paprika, turmeric, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and gluten free pasta.
Steamed carrots and potatoes give the perfect texture and color to your vegan mac. And the kids won't know they are there!
Once your carrots and potatoes are soft, just blend all the sauce ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy sauce.
Add your creamy vegan cheese sauce to your gluten free pasta once it is cooked.
The sauce is best while fresh, it has the perfect creamy texture! If you reheat it, add a little water.
