Tater tot lovers are going to flip over this one, Brianna. (No pun intended. Hehe.) I might even make it for ours to try as the weather has cooled off a bit and I don't mind using my oven quite as much as I did when it was 100. ๐
Sharing ... Happy Birthday!

Kristine
What brand of Tater Tots do you use? I am hoping to save a bit of gluten free ingredient research ๐
flippindelicious
Hi Kristine,
I often grab Ore Ida, just double check the ingredients because they can change. They were gluten-free when I bought them last.
Kim
Would all the ingredients stay the same if I leave out the meat? I am vegan and I am so excited to make this without the beef/chicken! Thanks, Kim
flippindelicious
Hi Kim,
You can absolutely take out the meat. I'd add some additional sauteed mushrooms, or a vegan meat substitute to give it a little more volume since you are removing the meat. I hope you enjoy it, I can't wait to hear how it turns out!
Happy Cooking! -Brianna

Campbell's now has a gluten-free version cream of mushroom, for those who'd like to save more time. I get it from Amazon. ๐

Hi Brianna,
I made this a year or so ago. It was wonderful! Iโm wondering what size casserole dish you used. Also how many CUPS of your yummy soup do you use. My double batch made quite a bit. Thank you!
